Hope2Housing provides Post Purchase Education services. The course teaches and provides guidance on budget review, avoiding debt, use of credit cards, refinancing, and equity stripping, basic property maintenance tips (plumbing, roofing, etc.), making improvements to the home. Sensitive topics such as foreclosure prevention are also discussed. Clients are encouraged to continue to seek counseling as needed.
