Although I have always had a career in the accounting industry and have been proud to be the bread winner in my family over the years, I have recently been at a low point and ended up going to Pasco County for rental assistance. Michael Roberts was my contact there and made the process as seamless as it could possibly be while also being very thorough and meticulous making sure I wasn’t trying to just get free money. At the end of the day I was approved and if it wasn’t for Michael Roberts my children and I would probably be living in my vehicle on the streets. Some time after COVID, the financial restraints started to hit my family and I. We did not feel the financial hit immediately, however, with homeschooling for two years as well as unexpectedly having a second child, having a lack of support took it’s toll on my family. Especially financially.
