Hope2Housing offers education services to families who are facing foreclosure or who have a high probability of defaulting on their home loan. Our course includes reviewing the initial and ongoing reason(s) for the default i.e., job loss, illness, divorce, death poor money management etc.

The course outlines not only the reason(s) for what is hoped to be a short-term problem but also how their situation could be affected if the cause of their default is long term; afterwards, possible options and outcomes will be discussed.
